Digital Media Designer for the Region of Waterloo (Mar 2025–present), supporting GRT, Waste, HR, and the CAO’s Office to ensure materials align with AODA, WCAG, and corporate brand standards. Designed and launched visual assets for high-profile public campaigns, including Stage 2 Rapid Transit to Cambridge and the Black Cart waste collection rollout, transforming complex policy into accessible, engaging visuals. Created internal communication materials for HR and corporate initiatives, such as PowerPoint presentations, Chamber reports, policy visuals, and branded document templates. Served as design lead on cross-functional projects, managing tight deadlines, evolving priorities, and diverse client requirements.
