Headed up production of weekly advertising materials for newspapers such as the Vancouver Sun and Provincial, Kelowna Daily Courier, Kamloops Daily News and Journal Le Nord St-Jérôme Quebec. Wrote, edited and distributed a 30-page monthly flyer using a variety of programs such as Adobe CS, Excel, Procom and Filemaker to over 250,000 subscribers. Increased flyer production by 50% by optimizing images and logos and instituting file templates. Initiated and maintained both Facebook and Twitter Social Media advertisements and campaigns. Supervised and trained all junior graphic designers on all marketing procedures and brand identity. Increased training capacity through the creation of a 50-page “Graphic Design Position” manual.
